Therefore, TOM Projects offers the service to seal structures into isolated blocks/zones/compartments or any restricted space to retard the spreading of fire in the entire building such that it can give notification and an alarm to the emergency department before the flames become uncontrollable. We apply fire retardant products as per design specifications and we have acquired training on various products.

Waterproofing

TOM Projects guarantees to stop any leakage that may cause damage to property and assets.

Intense assessments and monitoring of the leaks is conducted to detect the root cause of the leak and divert the excess water to the relevant spill channels like gutters, fullbores, etc. TOM Projects will apply various waterproofing products to suit the purpose of the exposure to water.
