Director
Ms. Tela Mlanje is a civil Engineering professional with over 20+ years working experience in the construction sector. She has worked for some of the giant companies in our country, namely Group 5, Basil Read, Trencon and Stocks & Stocks.

She studied civil engineering at Technikon Northern Gauteng (now TUT), and furthered at Technikon Witwatersrand (now UJ) and Unisa. Amongst her academic records, she studied Introduction To Human Resources with Unisa and Computerised Project Management with Damelin.
Ms. Tela Mlanje has worked as a Foreman in building various land marks such as Oakmoor Train Station, Bara Taxi Rank, Dept. of Foreign Affairs offices, Rand Stadium, The Regent Apartments, Forest Hill Shopping Mall, Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital, Mpumalanga High Court, Hilton Hotel(Botswana), Marriott Hotel(Melrose Arch). Her duties were Setting-out, Surveying, labour and material allocation, prepare and record site documents and liaise with professional teams on all levels.
She has good sound knowledge of construction stages and procedures to follow from planning to handover of the project. She has good communication skills and can work under pressure. She maintains good relationships with all her clients.
Mr. O. Mafa
Waterproofer
Mr. Orkney Mafa joined the company in May 2019. He has worked with Pick n’ Pay as a merchandiser, then started his own business as a trader and later bought his own franchise with Fastway Couriers. He is a dedicated and hardworking team mate. His punctual performance plays a huge role in our company.

Mr. Collen Makhubedu joined the company in January 2020. He has owned his business as a retailer, and later worked for Top Class Gardeners, Devol Tilers and Tshireletso Traffic and Road Management. He has worked with hazardous products and has high awareness of it’s safety reactions and applications.
